Fried noodle accompanied by steamed chicken or chicken leg is one of the most common item. But this shop offer octopus as part of it's serving. Its rare to get this dish around Ipoh.
The baby octopus is boiled then seasoned with oil and kicap with sprinkled fried onion on top. It gives a chewy and also crunchy texture where each bite fills your mouth with the fragrant of the seasoning :)
